Before you share: check the saved copy
- Download PDF and locate the file in Downloads or your chosen folder. Keep this tab open until you find it.
- Open that saved file. Confirm the page count, the first and last page of each source, orientation and readable text or scans.
- Test any links you need. Bookmarks, attachments and accessibility tags are not preserved; digitally signed originals must be kept separately.
We cannot detect whether your download was saved or whether its contents are correct for your task.

How to merge PDF files
Get them in order
Check the first-page previews. Move files up or down and remove anything you don’t need.
Merge, download and check
Name your result and select Merge PDFs. Review merged pages here, then download and open your saved copy. Your originals stay unchanged.
Try it: cover + proposal + appendix
Use three non-sensitive practice PDFs: a one-page cover, a two-page proposal and a one-page appendix. Put them in that order for 4 pages: COVER → PROPOSAL 1 → PROPOSAL 2 → APPENDIX.
- Change the order: move the appendix to the top with its ↑ button. Both proposal pages stay together. Files follow the queue, not alphabetical filename order.
- Review, then save: select Review merged pages to inspect the output and its source labels. Download and reopen your saved copy. Expect APPENDIX → COVER → PROPOSAL 1 → PROPOSAL 2; check page count, orientation and readable text.
- Correct a mistake: reorder or remove a file and merge again. The old result is cleared so you can generate a new one. A download click does not confirm saving.
Need individual pages? Split or select them in a PDF editor first. This tool merges whole files.

Does merging change the quality of my PDFs?
Pages are copied into a new PDF without converting them to images. Page sizes, rotation and existing selectable text are retained. Scanned pages remain images; this tool does not add OCR. Check the finished PDF before sharing it.
Can I choose individual pages?
This tool combines whole PDF files. You can change the order of files, but it does not split documents, remove individual pages or rotate pages.
Why won’t my PDF open?
Password protection, damaged files and interactive forms are not supported. Try an unlocked, standard PDF exported from its original app. If your browser runs out of memory, use fewer or smaller files. Find the recovery step for your error.
Is there a file size limit?
You can add up to 20 files, 100 pages and 50 MB in one batch. On phones, start with 5 files, 30 pages and 20 MB or less. Available device memory also affects what works.
What happens if I close this tab?
The file selection and merged download are held only in this tab. Closing or reloading it clears that session. Save your merged PDF before leaving.
